The Hartwell Quest (HQ) award programs below are for qualifying Counteract USA Scholars students.
Hartwell Scholar Awards
$25 scholarship per 3-credit class (HQ Smart Courses).
The Hartwell Scholar Awards for future, current, and former Counteract USA students work with Option 1 (credit transfer) in the Counteract USA Scholars program.
Please see the eligibility requirements below for details on how to qualify and apply for these awards.

$2,000 in Grants for Counteract USA Students
The Counteract USA Awards outlined at the link below work exclusively for future, current, and former Counteract USA students who choose Option 2 (Live College Credit* + Hartwell Fellowship) in the Counteract USA Scholars program.

*Degrees are offered wholly by accredited institutions. HQ enrollment is optional and not required to earn an academic degree from partner institutions. HQ does not administer any aspect of participation in Title IV programs.
